Cooper Grace Ward is pleased to share that nine team members have been promoted to the next stage of their careers during FY24.
In addition to the four team member promotions in November 2023, Damien Jarrett (insurance) and Cameron Lack (property) have been promoted to special counsel, and Michael Fielding (litigation and dispute resolution), Harvey Hope (corporate advisory) and Lochlann Woodall (corporate advisory) have been promoted to associate.
Damien Jarrett assists clients with insurance disputes, predominantly relating to personal injuries. He manages claims and provides practical advice in both pre-proceedings and litigation.
Cameron Lack provides advice to clients with matters related to large-scale property acquisitions and disposals, property development, major projects and commercial leasing.
Michael Fielding assists commercial clients and individuals in contentious matters across a range of areas, including defamation, professional negligence, contractual disputes and breaches of fiduciary obligations.
Harvey Hope is a corporate and transactional lawyer with experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate financings and general corporate advisory work. He advises clients on all aspects of the deal process, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents and completion of transactions.
Lochlann Woodall provides legal advice and support on a variety of corporate and commercial areas, including corporate governance, transactional matters, shareholder issues and agreements, competition and consumer laws, intellectual property ownership and licensing and trade mark registration.
