Cooper Grace Ward disputes partner Rocco Russo has added to his growing recognition with listings in the Lexology Index (formerly Who’s Who Legal) rankings released in 2026.
Rocco has been listed in the practice area reports for:
- Commercial Litigation – Global (Recommended)
- Commercial Litigation – Australia and New Zealand (Recommended)
- Professional Negligence – Global (Highly Recommended).
The Lexology Index is part of Lexology, a global legal intelligence platform used by more than 890,000 legal professionals, including in-house counsel. The Index has researched the global legal market for more than 25 years and ranks individual practitioners, rather than firms. Each year it gathers more than 250,000 recommendations from corporate counsel, clients and leading private practitioners, which are checked against market and matter data. More than two-thirds of the world’s biggest companies contribute to the research.
Lexology reviews the market in each practice area and compiles a shortlist of nominees, representing only a small proportion of the practitioners in the field. Fewer than half of those nominees are ultimately ranked. In Australia, just 29 practitioners are recognised for Commercial Litigation and only 12 for Professional Negligence with Highly Recommended reserved for those who performed best in the research.
