Cooper Grace Ward is a finalist for Diversity Law Firm of the Year and Senior Associate Sarah Camm is a finalist for Senior Associate of the Year in the 2026 Women in Law Awards.

Cooper Grace Ward and senior associate Sarah Camm have been named finalists in the 2026 Women in Law Awards, with the firm shortlisted for Diversity Law Firm of the Year and Sarah for Senior Associate of the Year.

Sarah had carriage of the matter behind Re Gainer [2024] NSWSC 1138, which highlighted a legislative gap and led to amendments to the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (Cth). Sarah closed the 2025-26 financial year by being elected to the STEP Queensland Board of Directors and promoted to senior associate, both with effect from 1 July. She has also been listed in the Wills, Estates & Succession Planning Law Rising Stars rankings for Queensland in the 2026 Doyles Guide.

Cooper Grace Ward’s recognition in the Diversity Law Firm of the Year category reflects its commitment to gender diversity and inclusivity, in both its culture and its policies. These include the firm’s redesigned gender-neutral Parental Leave Policy and its continued recognition as a DCA Inclusive Employer since 2017.

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in Melbourne on 12 November.
