The GLWS methodology employs a science-driven approach to identify wellbeing needs at individual, team, and organisational levels, fostering initiatives that enhance both leader and employee wellbeing, ultimately driving superior organisational performance.
Belinda brings a wealth of experience as a senior executive, having been a member of Cooper Grace Ward’s executive leadership team since 2017. She currently chairs the Queensland Law Society Wellbeing Working Group, which is dedicated to improving wellbeing across the legal sector—a field known for its high prevalence of mental health concerns and psychological distress.
A sought-after speaker at national conferences and forums on wellbeing and mental health, Belinda has been recognised for her contributions to improving workplace wellbeing and performance. Her accolades include winning Lawyers Weekly Most Influential Lawyer for 2024 in the changemaker category, as well as winning the Queensland Mental Health Week Achievement Award in the category of workplace wellbeing in 2023.
