Shylaja Woolley

Senior Associate
As a senior associate in Cooper Grace Ward’s property team, Shylaja works primarily on retail, commercial and industrial leasing matters, with a particular focus on shopping centre leasing.

Shylaja also works on the acquisition, development, leasing and disposal of commercial, industrial, and residential properties, as well as undertaking the full range of general property work.

Shylaja’s ability to critically analyse complex legal issues comes from 10 years post-admission experience, primarily in property and commercial law, complemented by additional experience across multiple legal disciplines.

Shylaja’s tenacity to see things through – and get them done right – makes her a go-to person for her clients, bringing an insightful approach that delivers solutions grounded in sound legal reasoning and practical outcomes.
