James provides legal support to domestic and international clients on corporate transactions and commercial arrangements, including projects in the energy and resources sector.

As an associate in Cooper Grace Ward’s corporate advisory group, James provides practical advice and legal support on mergers and acquisitions, Australia’s foreign investment regime, corporate governance, shareholder issues, and projects within the energy and resources sector.

He works with a diverse range of clients and is committed to delivering clear, commercially focused solutions
