Jaimee-Lee is a senior associate in Cooper Grace Ward’s property team

As a senior associate in Cooper Grace Ward’s property, planning and environment team, Jaimee-Lee advises on acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial, rural and agricultural, and residential properties. This includes property development, leasing, technical property advice work and equine industry agreements.

Jaimee-Lee really enjoys working with her diverse client base to understand their needs and achieve their desired outcomes.

  • Advising on the acquisition of rural and urban properties for the purposes of small to large scale development into residential communities, commercial precincts, renewable energy hubs and eco-tourism resorts.
  • Advising clients on key issues arising through the off-the-plan development process, including contract and disclosure requirements and creation, presale certifications in financing arrangements, Community Titles Scheme creation and the sale of management rights.
  • Carrying out thorough due diligence investigations and advising on risk around complex acquisition sites (including issues with tenure, easements, vegetation, cultural heritage and mining).
  • Acting for development project funders in relation to project consents, presales certifications and complex reviews.
  • Advising on rural and agribusiness acquisitions and disposals (including feedlots, cropping, large scale mixed use farms and licensed medicinal marijuana cultivation), family farming transactions, road licences, grazing permits, State Leasehold tenure and water entitlements.
  • Providing advice in relation to equine agistment, sale contracts, and stable leases and licensing in the racing industry.
  • Advising on high-end residential acquisitions with complex tenure issues (including tenure issues with pontoons and jetties).
