Hannah provides advice and assistance to clients in relation to family law matters.

As an associate in Cooper Grace Ward’s family law team, Hannah advises on all aspects of family law, including parenting, financial and child support matters, as well as domestic and family violence issues.

Hannah is passionate about helping clients to navigate the options and resolutions available to them at law during what is often an incredibly difficult time in the client’s life.

In addition, Hannah enjoys assisting clients to develop approaches for protecting their assets while preserving their relationship with their romantic partner.

Hannah values the importance of empathy and diligence as a legal practitioner.

  • Providing strategic advice to clients engaged in family law litigation.
  • Advising clients in relation to property settlement matters, including complex property matters involving corporate structures.
  • Representing clients in mediations pertaining to parenting, child support and property settlement matters.
  • Representing clients in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in relation to financial and parenting matters.
  • Preparing and advising on settlement documents, including binding financial agreements (both during a client’s relationship and after separation), binding child support agreements and consent orders.
  • Assisting clients to apply for protection orders.
