As an associate in Cooper Grace Ward’s litigation and dispute resolution team, Courtney works closely with both corporate entities and individuals to provide clear, strategic advice and effective representation across a variety of jurisdictions in Australia.

Courtney partners with clients to navigate complex legal challenges and deliver practical, results-driven solutions.

She has extensive experience in the commercial litigation sphere, acting in corporate and governance disputes, fraud, contractual disputes, defamation matters and privacy disputes.

Before joining Cooper Grace Ward, Courtney worked at a national law firm where she specialised in litigation and dispute resolution, and regulatory matters in the education and non-profit sector.

  • Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice – College of Law
  • Representing clients in Supreme Court proceedings involving breach of contract, fiduciary duties and commercial disputes.
  • Advising on and managing disputes relating to general organisational issues, defamation, confidentiality issues, discrimination and statutory obligations.
  • Assisting clients with dispute resolution strategies, including mediation and without prejudice negotiations, to achieve commercially favourable outcomes.
