Alfred has assisted a broad range of clients including individuals, accounting and financial advisers, SMEs, family businesses and large corporate groups.

  • Acting on the sale and purchase of various businesses, including with arrangements that involve vendor finance, scrip for scrip consideration or earn outs.
  • Advising on the negotiation and preparation of stakeholder agreements including shareholder agreements, unitholder agreements, joint venture agreements and co-ownership agreements.
  • Advising and assisting with the implementation of employee share schemes and similar arrangements such as ‘phantom equity’ plans designed to reward key employees.
