Cooper Grace Ward Lawyers is extremely proud to be the recipient of the 2018 Australasian Law Award for Employee Health and Wellbeing.
Partner Belinda Winter accepted the award on behalf of Cooper Grace Ward at the Australasian Law Awards in Sydney on 17 May.
The firm is honoured to have won this prestigious award in the company of some of the most outstanding firms in the Australian and New Zealand legal marketplace.
Ms Winter said the award was a testament to the firm’s commitment to team member health and wellbeing, which is actively supported by the Board, Managing Partner and CEO.
‘Team member health and wellbeing is an integral part of our core values and culture, and we have implemented many measures to support health and wellbeing education, awareness and activities,’ she said.
‘Employee health and wellbeing not only takes involvement and commitment from the firm’s leadership but really needs input and investment from each of our team members to allow us to be successful in driving better health and wellbeing outcomes’.
CGW received nominations in a number of other categories of the Australasian Law Awards including Law Firm of the Year (1-100 lawyers) and State/Regional Firm of the Year. The judging panel also decided to independently shortlist Chris Ward, Managing Partner in the category of Law Firm Leader of the Year (< 200 lawyers).
Cooper Grace Ward would like to congratulate all finalists and winners in the 2018 Australasian Law Awards.
