Cooper Grace Ward has welcomed Phil Vickery as a new partner in the firm’s corporate advisory practice.
Phil has joined from international law firm K&L Gates and brings with him extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, contracts, corporate governance and compliance.
Phil has developed a strong reputation for his expertise across various industries including agribusiness, franchising, health and technology. He provides strategic legal advice to clients, ranging from complex and high profile transactions to business as usual commercial arrangements.
