Commitment to Gender Equality

Cooper Grace Ward will again be applying for the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) certification for Employer of Choice for Gender Equality.

Cooper Grace Ward will again be applying for the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) certification for Employer of Choice for Gender Equality.  This is a demanding assessment of our credentials; however, it is important to us to have this independent evaluation of our strategies to be a leader in flexible work arrangements, reduce the gender pay gap to zero, ensure gender equality and increase female representation in the partnership and board.

I also reiterate my personal commitment and Cooper Grace Ward’s commitment to gender pay equity, gender equality, flexibility and other supporting initiatives.
