Belinda Winter and Leanne O’Neill listed as Elite Women for 2023

Now in its third annual edition, Australasian Lawyers Elite Women report recognises female legal leaders who have made a profound and meaningful impact on the field of law and their specific areas of expertise.

The list honours 50 high-achieving female legal professionals who have influenced their profession in a way that has demonstrated a passion for law throughout the year. These leaders serve as an inspiration to others in upholding diversity, gender equality and inclusiveness in the workplace.

Notably, both Belinda and Leanne were highlighted as outstanding innovators and disruptors.

This year marks the third consecutive year that Belinda has been named in the report and Leanne has appeared in both 2022 and 2023.

Both partners were quoted in the report, with Belinda saying, ‘I prioritise wellbeing. If we want to be influential as partners, we must walk the talk. I encourage my team to work in a flexible way that suits their lives, and I live that mantra.’

Submissions were assessed on each candidate’s standout professional achievements over the past 12 months, along with contributions to diversity and inclusion and how they have given back through volunteer roles and charity work.
