COVID-19

Since the onset of the pandemic, Cooper Grace Ward has been monitoring COVID-19 legal issues and challenges arising for Australian businesses.

COVID-19 legal resources

From the very early stages of the pandemic, we created a wide range of resources and articles on key COVID-19 legal issues to help our clients navigate the challenging environment. We continue to assist clients in managing the issues arising from the pandemic. This includes workplace relations and safety law issues in remote and hybrid working environments.

For assistance with any remaining COVID-19 legal issues for your business, please contact one of our experts or call us on (07) 3231 2444.

Business continuity at Cooper Grace Ward

We also ensured our workplace was structured to minimise transmission risks and disruptions within our business. For many years, Cooper Grace Ward has had a business continuity plan and disaster recovery program (BCP/DRP) in place to protect our clients, the firm and our team members in the event of a significant disruption to our daily operations.

This served us well during lockdowns and ensured we could deliver continued services to our clients. We also maintained strong support for our team, without reducing our team’s size or working hours during the pandemic.
