Queensland based law firm, Cooper Grace Ward is pleased to announce that it has promoted four team members to more senior roles within the firm.
The firm has promoted Damian Hinkley (insurance) and Craig Turvey (family law) to special counsel, and Sacha Robinson (commercial) and Rebecca Senini (insurance) to associate.
Damian Hinkley practises in insurance, specialising in workers’ compensation and public liability claims. He works closely with clients to achieve strong results through formal litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Craig Turvey is a family lawyer, with his practice focusing primarily on complex property settlement matters involving trusts and corporate entities. He provides pragmatic commercial advice and regularly represents clients at dispute resolution and in contested court proceedings.
Sacha Robinson assists clients with a broad range of commercial and corporate matters including acquisitions and sales, stakeholder agreements, self-managed superannuation, trusts and asset protection.
Rebecca Senini advises on a range of insurance matters including workers’ compensation, CTP claims and litigation and dispute resolution.
