Angela has broad experience as a property lawyer and has acted in the acquisition and disposal of a wide range of commercial and residential properties, as well as off the plan developments.
Her speciality is the leasing of shopping centres and commercial office buildings.
She advises on all aspects of retail leasing including compliance with Retail Shop Lease Act requirements, advising centre managers on day to day issues and advising clients on rights in relation to tenancy breaches.
Angela has also worked on large scale acquisitions and sales including major shopping centres.
