The firm has promoted Adelaide Hayes (corporate advisory) to special counsel and Claire van der List (litigation and dispute resolution) to senior associate. Adelaide Hayes assists clients with matters related to trademark registration and protection, intellectual property ownership and licensing, technology, privacy, competition and consumer laws and the establishment and operation of not-for-profit and charitable organisations.
Claire van der List has acted for large commercial clients and individuals in a range of contentious matters, including contractual claims, misleading and deceptive conduct claims, trust disputes and insolvency matters.
Julia Braddick advises employers in a range of matters, including restructures, enforcing restraints of trade, managing long term ill and injured employees, employee misconduct, poor performance and effecting termination of employment.
Sarah Camm provides pragmatic advice in the areas of estate disputes, estate administration and all aspects of succession planning, including preparing and advising on Wills, enduring powers of attorneys and self-managed superannuation.
Elise Emmerson works closely with clients and their advisers to protect clients’ tax positions, both during the audit or investigation process and where there is a dispute over the correct tax liability.
Sophia Horrocks brings a wealth of experience advising both public and private clients on general corporate and commercial matters across a broad range of industries.
