Partner Justine Woods, Senior Associate Craig Turvey and Cooper Grace Ward have been recognised in Doyle’s Guide in its annual listing of leading Queensland Family Lawyers.

The prestigious directory’s 2018 Leading Family and Divorce Lawyers Rankings acknowledge those solicitors practicing within the areas of family law, matrimonial, parenting, property and spousal maintenance matters in the Queensland legal market who have been identified by their peers for their expertise and abilities in these areas.

Justine Woods has been listed as a ‘Recommended Family and Divorce Lawyer’ and Craig Turvey was recognised as a ‘Family Law Rising Star’. Cooper Grace Ward was acknowledged as one of Queensland’s leading family and divorce law firms.

Along with their listings in the ‘Leading Family and Divorce Lawyer’ category, Justine Woods has also been acknowledged in an additional category.

Justine Woods has been listed as a Leading Family Lawyer (High-Value & Complex Property Matters). This listing details individuals who have been specifically highlighted not only for their expertise generally in family law matters but also for their ability and track record in matters where the contested net asset pool is significant (i.e. in excess of AUD $20 million) or there are complex commercial, property, estate planning and taxation matters that need to be taken in to account as part of the overall resolution process.

Craig Turvey was recognised as a ‘Family Law Rising Star’. The Rising Star listing details individuals practising in family law who, while not included in our Leading Family or Parenting Lawyer Rankings have been noted as working at an extremely high level of professionalism and ability.

Doyle’s Guide lists leading law firms, lawyers and barristers across 19 specialist categories of legal practice in all Australian states and territories.

Selection to Doyle’s Guide is determined through an extensive interview process with clients, peers and relevant industry bodies. All research is compiled on an independent basis.

Cooper Grace Ward congratulates Justine Woods and Craig Turvey on this significant achievement.
