The amendments to the Australian Consumer Law to protect small businesses from unfair contract terms in business to business contract arrangements came into force on 12 November 2016.

The amendments to the Australian Consumer Law to protect small businesses from unfair contract terms in business to business contract arrangements came into force on 12 November 2016. The provisions apply to standard form contract arrangements protected by the Australian Consumer Law entered into after 12 November 2016 or existing contract arrangements that are renewed or varied after 12 November 2016.
