Description
The ATO has released a number of documents with wide ranging implications for trusts and how we deal with them. There are also opportunities with trusts that are easy to miss. This session will discuss the ATO publications on trust vesting and splitting, the changes for testamentary trusts and other lesser known trusts, and when we should be using them.
