Rebecca has extensive experience providing advice and support to employers on workers’ compensation claims. This includes drafting advice, undertaking direct liability investigations, preparing briefs to medico-legal experts and engaging in informal negotiation discussions.
Additionally, Rebecca has been involved in several important trials and court applications over the last 10 years.
Before being admitted as a solicitor in 2009, Rebecca gained experience at a plaintiff law firm and in-house at WorkCover Queensland.
