Peter Makestas

Associate

Peter is an associate in Cooper Grace Ward’s corporate advisory team. He acts on corporate and commercial matters for domestic and international clients, including individuals, SMEs and large corporates.

In his role at Cooper Grace Ward, Peter assists with and advises on a full range of corporate and commercial matters, including business sale and share sale transactions, structuring acquisitions, commercial contracts and a wide range of advisory work.

Peter is experienced with drafting and reviewing both standard and complex legal documents, such as trust deeds, constitutions, shareholder and unitholder agreements, supply terms, IT agreements and procurement documents.

Peter also has specialist knowledge and skills assisting clients in highly regulated sectors, including superannuation funds, SMSFs, not-for-profits and AFS licensees.
