Catherine has considerable litigation and trial experience. She has advised on a number of matters that have proceeded to trial and has been involved in court applications relating to Schedule 5 of the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act.

Catherine is an insurance claims adviser in Cooper Grace Ward’s insurance team and brings 20 years’ experience in personal injury litigation.

Catherine manages and advises on a wide range of workers’ compensation claims. Her experience includes acting in primary mental injury claims, multi-party claims and claims involving interstate issues.

Catherine also has considerable litigation and trial experience. She has advised on a number of matters that have proceeded to trial and has been involved in court applications relating to Schedule 5 of the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act.

Before joining CGW in 2014, Catherine worked as an in-house claims manager for WorkCover Queensland and previously in similar roles for Suncorp and the Nominal Defendant. She has acquired considerable experience across the various personal injury schemes.

Catherine is passionate about her work and is a highly effective advocate. She has achieved a strong informal resolution rate, leveraging her close connections within the industry.
