Cass provides property law advice to various types of clients in relation to matters ranging from acquisitions and disposals to leasing.

As an associate in Cooper Grace Ward’s property team, Cass advises on commercial and residential acquisitions and disposals, as well as leasing matters.

Cass provides legal support to a broad range of commercial, retail, industrial, institutional and residential property owners and tenants. She enjoys working with a variety of clients in helping them reach their property goals.

Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice – The College of Law

Experience

Advising clients in relation to commercial and industrial property acquisitions and disposals, including warehouses and office buildings.
Residential conveyancing including vacant land, rural and off‑the‑plan developments.
Providing legal advice to private hospitals and Queensland‑based universities in relation to property‑related matters.
Advising in relation to the land components of business sales and purchases.
Undertaking due diligence investigations and reporting in property acquisitions (both residential and commercial).
Providing advice to church‑related entities in relation to property matters.
Advising on commercial, industrial and retail property leasing matters.
Providing legal support and advice to clients on retirement village contracts.
