The capabilities of Cooper Grace Ward have recently been listed in legal publications Doyle’s Guide and Asia Pacific Legal 500 in the areas of property, planning and environment, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, insurance and employment law.

Doyle’s Guide lists Australia’s leading law firms, lawyers and barristers within 20 specialist areas of legal practice. The Guide’s coverage of the area of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) details leading firms and lawyers on both a national and state by state basis.

Doyle’s Guide has recently named Cooper Grace Ward partner Charles Sweeney as a recommended M&A lawyer.

Additionally, Cooper Grace Ward, as a firm, is also listed in Doyle’s Guide as recommended to advise on M&A (for transactions both over and under $250m), banking and finance, and property, planning and environment transactions, as well as being named a leading firm in the area of employment and workplace relations.

Asia Pacific Legal 500, which has been used by the legal fraternity for more than 20 years, provides the most comprehensive worldwide coverage currently available on legal services providers in over 100 countries.

Cooper Grace Ward has been named as a recommended firm in the publication, in the areas of Litigation, Insurance (Aviation) and Real Estate (Property). Graham Roberts (partner – litigation), Kevin Bartlett (partner – insurance), Mark Sainsbury (associate – insurance), Marcus Ford (partner – property) and Richard Seymour (partner – property) have also been named specifically.

Used by commercial and private clients, corporate counsel, CEOs, FDs and professional advisers – as well as by other referrers of work both nationally and internationally – the series is widely regarded as offering the definitive judgment of law firm capabilities.
