Cooper Grace Ward acknowledged for gender equality standards

Cooper Grace Ward is pleased to announce that the firm has been assessed as compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) requirements.

Cooper Grace Ward is pleased to announce that the firm has been assessed as compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) requirements.

Managing Partner Chris Ward said he was proud of the result, which highlighted the firm’s strong track record with regard to gender diversity and pay equity.

‘Given the firm’s and my commitment to diversity, gender equality, gender pay equity and flexibility, this is an excellent result,’ he said.

The Workplace Gender Equality Agency is an Australian Government statutory agency created by the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012. The Agency is charged with promoting and improving gender equality in Australian workplaces.
