Cooper Grace Ward’s next Reconciliation Action Plan has been endorsed for 2024-2026.
The firm’s first Reflect RAP was launched in 2019 and, since then, the firm has completed a wide range of activities to build awareness and progress actions that support the goals of reconciliation.
This latest plan marks Cooper Grace Ward’s first Innovate RAP and builds on the foundation of initiatives and relationships developed over the past five years.
In the opening statement of the RAP, managing partner Charles Sweeney states: ‘In partnership with Reconciliation Australia, we are committed to working towards achieving better social, economic and cultural outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and corporations.’
Karen Mundine, CEO of Reconciliation Australia, endorsed the RAP, stating: ‘Cooper Grace Ward is part of a strong network of more than 2,200 corporate, government, and not-for-profit organisations that have taken goodwill and intention, and transformed it into action.’
