Cooper Grace Ward recognised as first tier Wills, Estates & Succession firm

Doyle’s Guide has recognised Cooper Grace Ward as a first tier law firm in Wills, Estates and Succession Planning in the latest 2020 rankings, with two Cooper Grace Ward partners also listed as leading practitioners.

The recognised lawyers are Scott Hay-Bartlem and Clinton Jackson.

Scott Hay-Bartlem, who Doyle’s Guide has listed as ‘preeminent’, is the leader of the private client and commercial workgroup and specialises in tax, superannuation, family businesses and estate and succession planning. Scott is an SMSF Specialist Advisor accredited by the SMSF Association. Scott is also a director of the SMSF Association and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Clinton Jackson is also a partner in the private client and commercial team and advises on an extensive range of commercial and corporate matters, business mergers, acquisitions and sales, tax and structuring issues, asset protection and succession and is an SMSF Specialist Advisor with the SMSF Association.
