Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Building & Construction
Lisa is an associate in CGW’s litigation and dispute resolution team. She specialises in the resolution of complex building and construction disputes and has acted for property owners, project managers, contractors, suppliers and consultants across a broad section of the construction industry.
She also assists clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters including partnership disputes, breach of contract, franchising disputes, employment matters, negligence actions, trade practices disputes and debt collections.
Prior to joining Cooper Grace Ward in October 2006, Lisa spent two years in a boutique commercial litigation practice.
