Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Building & Construction
Lisa is a Senior Associate in our litigation and dispute resolution team. She specialises in the resolution of large-scale building and construction disputes and represents principals, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
Lisa regularly advises clients regarding contract administration, contract interpretation and the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act 2004 (Qld).
Outside of the construction industry, Lisa assists clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters including partnership disputes, breach of contract, franchising disputes, employment matters, negligence actions, trade practices disputes and debt collections.
