
Property, Planning & Environment
Laura is an associate in our property, planning and environment workgroup. Laura regularly advises clients on a range of property related issues, including:
- Commercial and industrial property sales and acquisitions
- Rural and agricultural property, plant and equipment sales and acquisitions
- Commercial, industrial and retail leasing
- Commercial and residential property development, subdivision and strata titling
- Water licences and allocations
- Due diligence investigations and reporting
- Revenue and taxation issues as they relate to property transactions
- Easements
- State Leasehold and Land Tenure issues.
Laura sits on the committee for the Property Council of Australia – Future Directions Committee.
Laura has worked on secondment as in-house legal counsel for one of the world’s largest family restaurant owners advising on all aspects of property ownership, leasing, and day to day property management issues.
Laura also teaches on a casual basis in the Faculty of Law at the Queensland University of Technology and is a member of the career mentor program for QUT students.
