Zoe is a member of our Planning and Environment team.
She is responsible for a variety of work in the areas of town planning law and environmental law, including the conduct of Planning and Environment Court appeals for a range of clients.
She is an active member of the state’s leading planning and environment law body, the Queensland Environmental Law Association (QELA), and enjoys contributing as a member of QELA’s Seminar Committee.
Before joining Cooper Grace Ward, Zoe worked for three years as the Corporate Governance Coordinator for a south-east Queensland Regional Council, which involved developing best practice governance and strategic planning frameworks, and development and coordination of legislation and policy.

Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice - Queensland University of Technology
Admitted as Solicitor – Supreme Court of Queensland, High Court of Australia
