Zoe is a member of Cooper Grace Ward's property, planning and environment team.
She is responsible for a variety of work including the conduct of Planning and Environment Court appeals, public liability, CTP and aviation insurance matters.
Before joining Cooper Grace Ward, Zoe worked for three years as the Corporate Governance Coordinator for a south-east Queensland Regional Council, which involved developing best practice governance and strategic planning frameworks, the coordination of legislation and policy, and management of the Council’s freedom of information functions.
