Sean Henderson is a partner in the Cooper Grace Ward construction and infrastructure practice.
During the past 15 years Sean has advised clients on many major construction and infrastructure projects in Australia and the UK.
He has acted for financiers, government, contractors and developers on projects in a variety of sectors including health, education, energy and resources, transport, teleco and property.
Sean’s primary expertise is in construction, engineering and service provisions in infrastructure. However Sean has experience with a broad range of issues and procurement processes and structures in both the public and private sectors, including extensive experience on PFI/PPP projects since 1997.
Recent projects Sean has worked on include the Brisbane Airport Link Toll Road Project, the South East Queensland Water Industry Restructure, the Northern Link Tunnel Project, the Gold Coast Rapid Transit Project, QR’s New Generation Rolling Stock Project, water, LNG, iron ore, coal, mining and infrastructure projects in Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia, and various commercial and office development in Brisbane.
