Rocco leads Cooper Grace Ward's litigation and dispute resolution team and has a focus on identifying strategies for the resolution of commercial disputes

He practises across many industries, giving advice on dispute resolution strategies in contract and commercial law, building and construction, intellectual property, wills and estate, insolvency, debt recovery, property, leasing and business disputes.

Rocco has been involved in many complex commercial litigation cases and acts for many of Cooper Grace Ward's commercial and property clients in negotiating resolutions of disputes.

Rocco was involved in representing a major Queensland construction company during its involvement in the Royal Commission into the Building and Construction industry.

He acted for the Australian arm of one of America's largest carpet suppliers in design and copyright infringement litigation, successfully defending proceedings in the Federal Court.

Rocco has specific experience in shareholder disputes, acting in oppression litigation resulting in the shareholder's favourable exit of a large Queensland company.

Rocco has acted for one of Brisbane's largest CBD shopping centres in debt recovery and leasing litigation, and has advised other major property organisations in commercial and property disputes.

He has acted in wills and estate litigation cases including bringing and defending significant family provision claims.

Rocco also has experience in negotiating with public sector organisations such as the Australian Customs Service, the Australian Taxation Office, and the Department of Industrial Relations.
