Rocco is an experienced commercial litigation and dispute resolution lawyer. He has handled many complex litigation cases in various Australian jurisdictions. He also has vast experience in alternative dispute resolution particularly mediation.
Rocco has worked with a diverse range of clients of all sizes across many different industries and areas of law.
Rocco is on the Queensland Law Society court practice and procedure committee which monitors and advises on new developments in dispute resolution throughout Australia.
Rocco is known for his practical and straight forward style. He is an expert in devising strategies to resolve disputes both in and out of court.
