Richard Seymour is a partner of Cooper Grace Ward’s property team.
Richard has been in practice since 1979 and since that time he has had a varied exposure to property clients in various fields.
Richard specialises in:
- Commercial/industrial acquisitions and sales and leasing
- Property development syndications, project structuring and due diligence investigations
- Retail shopping centre sales and acquisitions and retail leasing, as well as
- Rural property acquisition and sales and related issues
- Licensed premises sales and acquisition and leasing
- Marine industry construction advice.
