Peter is a partner in Cooper Grace Ward’s commercial group.

He is a commercial law expert who has also built up a specialist practice in the bus and road transport sector.

Since 1996, Peter has represented bus operators in a variety of issues including completing contract negotiations with State Governments for new bus contracts.

He has represented the Queensland Bus Industry Council, BusNSW and TasBus for a number of years, to negotiate new contracts as a consequence of reform processes.

Peter has also acted for property owners and developers in an extensive range of transactions including sales, leases, due diligence audits, development applications and subdivisions.

His considerable expertise includes negotiation for sales and leases of prominent CBD industrial and commercial properties, negotiation for the sale or acquisition of businesses, advising public companies on the development of large complexes and retail shopping development.

Peter was awarded ”Supplier of the Year” by the Bus Council of Australia (BCA) NSW in 2007.
