Paul Springthorpe is an associate in our litigation and dispute resolution team. Paul has extensive experience in a range of areas of practice including:
- banking and finance litigation
- building and construction
- property litigation, including planning and environment
- insolvency
- mortgage recovery
- trust disputes
- defendant insurance litigation
Paul’s primary areas of dispute resolution practice are now mortgage recovery and property and construction litigation, as well as all types of commercial and contractual disputes. He has acted for lenders in contested recovery actions and in actions by mortgagors alleging sale at undervalue, as well as providing advice in non-litigious but legally complex external administrations and recoveries. Paul has both an advisory and litigious practice, with the advisory work including acting for property and construction clients in procurement and contract negotiation and preparation.
