
Family Law
Nichola Di Muzio is a Senior Associate in our Family Law Practice. She practices exclusively in the area of family law and is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Family Law Specialist.
With a background in family, commercial, property and litigation law, she developed an interest in family law and has worked exclusively in the area from 1999. She has previously advised in legal aid and private matters and now advises private clients across the full range of family law matters.
Nichola was admitted as a Solicitor in July 1991. She has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland and a Master of Laws from Queensland University of Technology. She has undertaken training in mediation and collaborative law practice skills, and has a keen interest in alternative dispute resolution procedures.
She regularly volunteers at the Women’s Legal Service.
