Neil has more than 15 years experience in property law and expertise in retail and commercial operations, including acting for owners of commercial office buildings retail shopping centres of up to 250 tenancies.
He advises major property owners and institutions on management issues, compliance, law changes, licensing and regulation, GST, Australian Standards, and tenancy dispute resolution.
Neil also has experience in the establishment of franchise systems, buying groups and other commercial industry activities.
