Insurance, Aviation and Professional Indemnity
Mark is a member of Cooper Grace Ward’s insurance group.
Mark's specialty practice areas are:
- Aviation, and
- Professional Indemnity.
Since joining the firm in 2004, Mark's broad exposure to insurance work has seen him involved in litigating claims in the Eastern States, within several jurisdictions (including Federal and State Courts, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Health Quality and Complaints Commission) and across a number of insurance lines including:
- Aviation
- Professional Indemnity - for lawyers, accountants, medical practitioners and real estate agents
- Medical Malpractice
- Building and Construction.
Mark also provides practical front-end advice to clients on issues such as policy cover, contractual indemnities, risk, potential claims, and disclosure.
