Mark is a member of Cooper Grace Ward’s insurance workgroup.
Since joining the firm in 2004, Mark has been involved with litigation conducted in a variety of jurisdictions (including Federal and State Courts and Tribunals) relating to industries including:
- Health and aged care
- Aviation
- Building and construction.
Mark acts in the defence of medical negligence claims, which includes:
- More than five years handling Personal Injuries Proceedings Act claims
- Preparing for and instructing on applications and trials in the District and Supreme Courts
- Coronial Inquests.
In the aviation sector, working under the supervision of Kevin Bartlett, Mark has acted for domestic and international insurers, and has advised large and small commercial operators of fixed wing aircraft and helicopters.
