Mark is an Associate in Cooper Grace Ward’s Transport Group and the Property, Planning and Environment Group. He specialises in property law encompassing acquisitions, sales and leasing in the retail, commercial and industrial sectors.
He has provided property advice across a range of industries and his experience includes:
- property development
- commercial and industrial sales and acquisitions in Queensland, NSW and Victoria
- commercial and retail leasing in Queensland, NSW, Victoria and Western Australia;
- easements for private sector and local and state government bodies;
- pre-sale contract and disclosure documentation for “off the plan” development sales;
- community title schemes and body corporate issues for residential and commercial developments;
- assisting with structuring arrangements for property acquisition and advising on ancillary issues such as stamp duty, tax and trade practices matters;
- residential conveyancing.
