Leanne is a senior associate in our property, planning and environment team. Leanne’s areas of expertise include:
- large residential master planned communities
- community title scheme developments
- commercial and mixed-use developments
- acquisition of large development sites, and
- residential and commercial land sales and purchases including “off the plan” sales.
As a board member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s (Queensland) EnviroDevelopment chapter, Leanne is involved in certifying and promoting sustainable developments. Leanne is also involved in the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s (Queensland) Urban Edge committee promoting the interests of young people in the property industry.
