Katie has extensive experience in property law, town planning and environmental law.
Katie’s areas of expertise include:
- Acquisition and sale of commercial, industrial and residential land and buildings, including carrying out extensive due diligence investigations
- Development of commercial, industrial and residential land, including complex land titling issues and dealing with physical constraints, such as contamination, protected vegetation, heritage listed structures
- Acquisition and sale of retail shopping centres
- Commercial and retail leasing
- Business acquisitions and sales, and
- Advice in relation to town planning and environmental law.
Katie is also involved in mentoring students from Griffith University in relation to their career path.
