Family Law
Justine heads Cooper Grace Ward's family law group. She practices exclusively in the area of family law and is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Family Law Specialist.
With a background in advocacy, Justine advises in relation to issues of divorce and separation, property settlement for both married and de-facto couples, matters relating to the care of children (including surrogacy) and all aspects of child support.
