Gavin is a lawyer in our employment and workplace relations team. Gavin supports Heinz Lepahe and Annie Smeaton.
Prior to working at Cooper Grace Ward, Gavin practiced in medical litigation in the defence of health professionals in personal injury claims, malpractice matters and industrial relation disputes.
Gavin has also previously worked with a national employer association and has experience in:
- Drafting employment contracts
- Assisting with unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
- Advising on managing problem employees.
