Health & Medical Litigation
Gavin is a lawyer in Cooper Grace Ward’s Health Law Team.
Gavin assists in the conduct of Medical litigation matters and in the defence of health professionals in personal injury claims, malpractice matters and industrial relation disputes.
Gavin also assists the firm’s employment and workplace relations team in providing advice relating to:
- General employment obligations
- Drafting of employment agreements and Workplace Agreements
- Sexual harassment claims and
- Breaches of occupational health and safety legislation
Gavin has previously worked in a national firm and a national employer association and has experience in:
- Drafting employment contracts
- Assisting with unfair dismissal and discrimination claims and
- Advising on managing problem employees.
