Fletch Heinemann is a senior associate in the firm’s Commercial Team. He assists clients by providing tax advice across a range of commercial issues. His specialisations include GST, customs duties, transfer pricing and international tax issues. Fletch is also responsible for the carriage of tax and customs disputes with the Australian Taxation Office and Customs and Border Protection Service.
Before joining Cooper Grace Ward, Fletch was a tax lawyer in Baker & McKenzie’s Sydney office. Prior to that, Fletch worked for a Big 4 accounting firm in the UK and then China.
Fletch has presented sessions at the Taxation Institute of Australia’s GST conference and has published papers on topical GST, customs and transfer pricing issues.
