David is an associate in our property, planning and environment workgroup.
David has obtained a strong understanding of the needs of the property industry and has assisted clients to achieve outcomes in a range of areas from developments, acquisitions, portfolio sales and infrastructure projects to commercial and retail leasing.
David regularly advises clients on a range of property related issues, including:
- Acquisition and sale of commercial, industrial and residential land and buildings, including carrying out extensive due diligence investigations
- Development of commercial, industrial and residential land, subdivision and strata titling
- Due diligence investigations and reporting
- Commercial, industrial and retail leasing
- Business acquisitions and sales
- Structuring and taxation issues.

Bachelor of Laws – University of Queensland
Bachelor of Arts – University of Queensland (Majors in Human Movements and Psychology)
Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice - Australian National University
Member - Queensland Law Society
