Carly is an associate in our commercial workgroup. Carly’s work includes:
- estate and business succession planning and advice
- superannuation
- trusts and structuring advice
- general commercial advice and transactions.
Carly regularly advises accountants, financial planners and other advisors on these issues for their clients.
Qualifications and Memberships
Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) - Bond University
Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice - Queensland University of Technology
Member - Australian Corporate Lawyers Association
