Annie is a Special Counsel in our Employment and Workplace Relations Team. She specialises in employment, anti-discrimination, safety and industrial law.
Annie provides strategic commercial advice to clients about a range of issues including restraint of trade, employee entitlements, workplace conduct, employee discipline and termination of employment.
As an experienced advocate with a strong background in industrial and employment litigation, Annie has acted on behalf of her clients in a variety of litigated employment and industrial matters including general protections claims, unlawful and unfair dismissal, breach of contract and anti-discrimination complaints.
Annie has extensive experience conducting complex workplace investigations concerning harassment, bullying, workplace misconduct and safety breaches.
Annie also provides advice and representation to her clients in response to Australian Health Practitioner Regulations Agency notifications and other health employee matters.
