Ann is a Special Counsel in our Property, Planning & Environment team.
Ann completed her articles in Australia before heading to England, working in both the public and private sector in planning law and policy. Her extensive expertise includes conduct of Planning Appeals and challenges to the higher courts, advising on city regeneration and infrastructure projects and retail and residential schemes, negotiation of legal agreements and advice on affordable housing issues.
Ann advised on all aspects of planning law, both contentious and non contentious and was listed in the Legal 500 for West Yorkshire under planning specialist of note.
